how can i enlarge the size of thing for my laptop? alienware m17x?
i got an alienware m17x laptop. its nice and all buttttt, i really cant see anything. zooming in just pixelates everything, and same with making icons bigger. the words im typing now are the size of ants... :/ i cant really play games either because the screen is fine, but then things like inventories, or huds are way way way tooooo small. please someone help me 
If you got a 1920x1200 screen, should have thought about that before getting that instead of the 1440x900 screen. For a given screen size, the more the pixels, the smaller the icons and type are...
A 17" monitor is way too small for a 1920x1200 LCD, to be able to see it well without magnifying glasses...
For playing games, it's ok, because the graphics just fill the screen, and you don't have to read any detail. For word processing or spreadsheets, it's a bit too much. 1920x1200 is ok for a 22" or 23" lcd monitor, but a bit too fine for 17" in my opinion..
So, the screen resolution is dependent on what you planned to use the laptop for in the first place. Those of us in the 50's, should never get 1920x1200 on a 17" screen lol....

Select any one model from these two laptops. I will suggest you to go for the M15x because this has the latest processor of the Intel.
This will deliver more power and speed. This will increase the performance of the laptop in gaming. However you can check some Gaming Laptops from some other manufacturers.
You can check the laptops from the HP because HP provides some of the laptops with the AMD processors and AMD processors and motherboards known for the
gaming purpose.
