The Shas'la, Shas'o, and others are all names for the Tau equivalent of Sergeants. Usually in the army list entry, it will say something along the lines of "Fire Warriors: XX points for a squad of 5. +X points for each additional Fire Warrior in the unit. Upgrade one Fire Warrior to a Shas'ui for +X points." X of course standing for the actual point values in your codex. The squad will usually benefit from the Shas'ui's improved leadership, wargear capacity, and overall stats.

** I haven't looked at the Tau codex in a while, so I might have confused the names - each type of unit, whether it be Fire Warriors, Broadsides, Stealth Suits, or whatever has a 'sergeant' that starts with "Shas."

To echo precinctomega's answer, Forgeworld is the way to go on this one. However, in the interest of saving money, you can always find plastic dinosaurs, and just use a dremel tool or something similar to make it look a little less like a standard dinosaur and more like a Knarloc. A friend in my gaming group did the same thing with his scratchbuilt Squiggoths for his Ork army - he just took plastic dinosaurs and swapped heads around, and built his own howdahs on the backs.

It truly depends on your style of combat.
Space Marines due to their flexibility can be played in almost any way imaginable. They have the toughness and armor to see them through damned near anything and have the hand-to-hand and firearms capability to be a threat with either tactic.
If you like shooting the pants off of your opponent Imperial Guard can field a terrifying number of heavy weapons that dispite their lack of marksmanship, they can cause devastating casualties with. Unfortunately, their huge numbers are offset with their terrible armor, toughness and leadership. Also, Tau have the best ranged weapons in the game and have tanks with some incredible survivability but they too, suffer from poor leadership.
If you prefer maneuverability and finesse Eldar fit the description through and through. Their tanks are all skimmers so they can fly over intervening terrain, they have upgrades that can increase their movement range to three times a normal tank's maximum movement and all of their units are very specifically designed to counter a certain threat in your opponents army. So, they're very dependent on coordinated attacks with multiple specialist units to succeed. Dark Eldar are also very fast, but concern themselves primarily with how to hurt the other guy the fastest and worse than specializing like normal Eldar though. Both armies are known for their frailty. So, one screw up can cost you the game if you're not careful. Especially with Dark Eldar who seem to have never heard of adequate clothing, much less adequate armor.
For hand-to-hand combat few armies beat Orks and Tyranids. Both armies with their sheer numbers can overwhelm most ranged armies' capability to shoot them dead and then pummel them to death.
It really all matters on how you care to play.

A Warhammer Online wiki is a great source to collaborate information on the popular MMORPG Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning. Every visitor can share their wealth of knowledge making it a centralized location of information.

Wikis are great sites to collaborate information, even for Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning. There is a ton of information in the world of Warhammer Online; over 20 different scenarios, four thousand quests, thousands of items, NPCs and much more. A War wiki is a great place to centralize that information and build a great informative community to help other players. The wiki relies heavily on the Warhammer Online community to develop its growth and accuracy of information.

Every person who visits a Warhammer Online wiki has access to edit, delete and contribute information to improve the content. It is a forever growing entity that continues to be developed by the owners and visitors. Every edit is logged in case of abuse or the previous edit was better and can be reverted. You can see as each page develops and the entire history of how it evolved. Volunteers and staff are required to monitor all the information inputted from the community to assure it meets guidelines and are of quality and not just spam.

If you’re unable to find the information you’re looking for at the time you visit, you can always check back at a later time or if you found what you’re looking you can always share it on the wiki. There is a discussion page on each content page which acts as a forum. You can request for updates, information, add comments or just chat away. You can find direct help from other members as you would on a forum.

We all know how popular Wikipedia is. They are the world’s largest encyclopedia. Their information is great but there are certain topics which are not covered in depth. With a game like Warhammer Online, their world is huge and forever changing. Patches are released approximately twice a month with new content and changes to the current environment. Without the help of a large community it does become difficult for a wiki to have the most updated information unless they have a large amount of volunteer writers or staffs who contributes to that information as well.

Wikis have their own built in search engine for you to find the information you need but like most things in life, it is never perfect. Broadening your search term or using different spelling variations may help with what you’re looking for. For example, instead of searching for “beginning quests for Chosen” you can instead search for “quests” and see what links become available to you. Wiki engine uses a rather different engine and many people may have trouble finding the information they’re looking for even if it is available. An alternative is using the most popular search engine Google as a medium. You can search the specific site followed by the information you’re looking for. An example would be “site:domain beginning quests for Sorcerer”.

Down to the core, wikis are a great place to find and exchange information. With a great team behind the wiki would be a good start but with a large community helping it can be the best source of information for Warhammer Online. If you find something useful in a wiki then give a little back to the community who gave you that information. Become a “good internet citizen” and share your wealth of knowledge. You will be recognized in the community and will receive great respect and help when needed.
